Smartis is looking for an Atlassian/Jira Consultant in Croatia or Slovenia!
We are looking for an Atlassian/ JIRA ITSM Consultant, either in Croatia or Slovenia, who will help us work on different projects in different industries such as banking, telecommunication, insurance, hospitality, etc…. You will have the chance to participate in all of the phases of ITSM from consulting, analysing, developing, coordinating, implementing, testing, educating, and supporting our customers!

Qualifications
- Experience in IT industry (min. 2 years)
- Basic knowledge of ITIL
- Familiarity with SDLC, CMDB
- Basic knowledge of Java and JavaScript
- Knowledge of business management processes
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Previous working experience with ITSM solutions (JIRA, Atlassian products, SCCD, BPM…)
- Previous working experience with integrations of different systems (SAP, and other tools for management of operations)
- Certificate in ITIL or Atlassian
- Creativity, self-discipline, professionalism, teamwork, positive attitude
- Drivers license – B category
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
